TERMS & CONDITIONS:

We currently only accept cartridges from the Epson Pro 3800 or 3880 Printers.

TO QUALIFY - as long as the cartridges have their original Epson microchip attached the amount of ink in them is irrelevant i.e. they can be totally empty of ink.

Cartridges MUST NOT be posted to us without prior notice and our verbal agreement verified by the issue of a returns number over the telephone. At this time you will also be informing us of whether you wish to accept cash (issued by way of debit card refund only) or accept PermaJet Inkjet Papers to the value of the return. Value exchange for further cartridges or inks is not possible.

Acceptance of the cartridges and our agreement to take them is totally at our discretion. We are under no obligation to accept the return of all the cartridges that you have available. Depending upon our requirements, we will inform you in advance of colours that we might not require and therefore not pay for.

The agreed payment or exchange for PermaJet paper will only be made upon receipt of receiving your cartridges and allowing us to verify the colours we were expecting.
